Welcome to the SetiFleurs website. By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use (GTU). Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
- Object
These conditions govern the use of the SetiFleurs website and the relations between the company and its users. They describe the terms of ordering, delivery, returns, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
- Products and Services
SetiFleurs offers bouquets of fresh flowers, floral arrangements,. All our products are described as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Product Availability: The products offered on the site are available within the limits of stocks and according to the seasonality of the flowers. If a product is unavailable after confirmation of the order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.
- Orders
By placing an order on SetiFleurs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any errors in the information provided (address, contact details) are the responsibility of the customer and could result in delays or delivery failures.
Modification or cancellation: Any modification or cancellation of an order must be made within 2 hours of its validation. Beyond this period, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
- Price and Payment
The prices displayed on the site are in Algerian Dinar and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Delivery costs will be added to the sale price depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
Payment: Payment must be made in full when ordering, via the secure payment methods offered on the site (bank card, dahabia, etc.), or by hand when collecting the order.
Price Change: SetiFleurs reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by these changes.
- Delivery
We offer different delivery options, tailored to our customers' needs:
Standard Delivery: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the location and the delivery method chosen. They will be specified at the time of ordering.
SetiFleurs declines all responsibility in the event of delay or failure of delivery due to external circumstances, such as strikes, weather conditions or errors in the information provided by the customer.
- Right of withdrawal and Returns
At SetiFleurs, we strive to offer you products as described and illustrated on our site. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our return and refund policy:
Returns: Products cannot be returned as they are perishable goods. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure everything is as expected.
Refunds: If the flowers are damaged or do not match your order, you can contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review your request and, if approved, you will be entitled to a partial or full refund, or a replacement of your order.
Refunds are not available for bulk orders once the order has been confirmed unless a material defect is found upon receipt.
- Limitation of Liability
SetiFleurs cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the site, including but not limited to financial losses, non-receipt of orders due to external errors or technical problems of the website. In addition, SetiFleurs' liability is limited to direct damages and may in no case exceed the total amount of the order in question.
- Intellectual property
All elements (texts, images, logos) present on the SetiFleurs site are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the company. Any reproduction or unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
- Data protection
By placing an order, you agree that SetiFleurs collects and uses your personal data to process your order. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except in cases of legal obligation.

SetiFleurs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We encourage you to regularly check this page to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale will be executed and interpreted in accordance with Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer will contact SetiFleurs as a priority to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the Algerian courts will have jurisdiction.
